Please check your orders thoroughly and report any mistake within 72 hours of receipt. If we made a mistake, we will fix it immediately and we will send item or make refund after verifying our mistake.
RETURN POLICY: All returns require prior return authorization by www.allthingsnailed.com. Customers shall be responsible for cost of shipping returned or exchanged only if otherwise noted.
DAMAGED: All Things Nailed, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
LOST ORDER: All Things Nailed, LLC is not liable for any lost or stolen packages under any circumstances. If a package is lost or stolen the following steps are required.
- Call the carrier and get specific details regarding your delivery.
- Search the entire perimeter of your home and mailbox.
- Inquire with your neighbors.
- File report with your local police department and follow up with your carrier.
